CMSTI-Community Medical Services And Training Institute was Legally Established under the guidance of Educationists & social workers for the development of Primary Health care Education in wide area.
The Institution is legal Autonomous and non profit and has legal right of Primary Health Care Education under the provision of constitution.
CMSTI also fullfils the aims of Primary Health Care Educational Right of Indian Constitution 1950 under Article 14,15,19(1),21,26,29,30,45,46,&351.
Main Objectives
-To provide and popularies primary Health care education
-To provide Primary Health Care Education to one and all irrespective of age /sex/caste/territory
Following Course are conducted by CMSTI Lucknow
C.M.S. Allopathy -Diploma in CMS & ED -Community Medical Services & Essential Drugs one & half year duration course from CMSTI .Diploma in CMS & ED is a diploma for primary health care by general Allopathic medicines, which are recommended by the world health Organisation for primary health care.
Practical and Clinical Programme :- The date of TEN(10) days compulsory Personal Contact Programme (PCP) for distance mode students of the CMS Course every year will be intimated before a month by the Institute.

Other Universities Courses are -
DNYS/BNYS/DPT/BPT/MHW/DYN Diploma & Degree courses Also avialable in Regular mode .
